Last Friday it was that time again: our traditional summer party took place in the Black Label Villa. An evening where business partners, brokers, solicitors and long-standing companions became above all one thing: a pretty great crowd.
At the heart of it all were, of course, the people who Black Label turn off every day. Our Broker are the face of the company and in daily contact with owners, buyers and interested parties. Just as indispensable, however, are our colleagues in the back office, our designers, programmers and everyone who works behind the scenes to ensure that marketing, processes and communication run smoothly. It is only this interplay that makes Black Label what it is.
It is all the more wonderful to spend time together at the summer party away from inspections, evaluations and client meetings.
Networking among Berlin estate agents
We were also particularly pleased about the many fellow brokers from other firms who accepted our invitation. Among them were Christian Schlag from Artesia Real Estate, Michel Sawall von Sawall Immobilien and Corvin Tolle from Great properties and Marvin Schwannecke from Schwannecke Real Estate.
Because networking with colleagues is also part of the estate agency business. You are competitors, but you have often known each other for many years, work together on individual properties or recommend one another. A summer party in particular makes it clear just how important this personal network is.
A network that goes far beyond property brokerage
Our guests also included Nils Werner, Dr Christian Osthus and Steven Janz from the IVD Berlin-Brandenburg, Notary Tobias Scheidacker, Solicitor Marek Schulze, business lawyer Burkhard Herzog, financier Martin Bonnet, Investor Prof. Dr Ramon Sotelo, Birgit Brauer-Ziem from Stages Homes as well as PR consultant Carola Batista-Goldmund. The team at Black Label Property Management was there.
With freshly baked pizza, good drinks and music, there was plenty of time for conversation. And even though work wasn't the main focus that evening, it naturally couldn't be avoided entirely: market news, current developments and experiences from day-to-day business were still exchanged. Later on, anyone who wanted to could also cut a rug.
