General information on the right of withdrawal

Consumers who enter into an agency agreement with us as real estate agents in Berlin generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within a 14-day withdrawal period. This right of withdrawal does not apply to commercial traders/companies.
The right of withdrawal may expire upon the full provision of the service by us. In connection with the conclusion of the brokerage agreement with us (elsewhere), you have made corresponding declarations regarding the receipt of the cancellation policy, the sample cancellation form, and the request for immediate action. We will check, following a cancellation declared to us, whether the cancellation has been validly declared.
