The location is particularly suitable for private use of the houseboat and offers a relaxed, nature-focused living environment on the water.

Berlin-Köpenick stands for a high quality of life in close proximity to water. Generous bodies of water, green shorelines and the connection to the Berlin waterway network create ideal conditions for leisure, recreation and water sports. The district of Grünau is one of the most traditional and popular waterside locations in the south-east of Berlin.
