The 60th Berlin Property Talk will focus on reflection and foresight: in this live discussion, the events and achievements of 2024 will be examined and evaluated, both for black label properties and for the property market as a whole. It will also take a look into the future: What trends and forecasts are emerging for 2025? Particular attention is paid to the development of property prices and interest rates.
