Born in Berlin, Stefanie Salata is a banker, senior advisor and investor. From 2018-2021 she was a member of the Management Board of Volksbank Lüneburger Heide, from 2017-2018 Head of Private Wealth Management at Oddo BHF Privatbank and from 2013 to 2017 Chairwoman of the Management Board of Berliner Bank. In this role, she primarily reorganised and further expanded the private and corporate client business. Prior to this, she held various management positions with market and client responsibility for Deutsche Bank's business.

She is a board member of the "Verein der Freunde des Deutschen Instituts für Wirtschaftsforschung" (Association of Friends of the German Institute for Economic Research) and is involved as a supervisory or advisory board member in companies that deal with financial issues or property and require expertise in the customer process.
