Sven R. Johns specialises in real estate law, in particular real estate agent law and related areas of law. He has more than 20 years of experience in all legal and practical matters relating to property. He worked as a consultant lawyer for a leading property industry association and was the Federal Managing Director of the IVD property association until mid-2012. He also held a board position in the European umbrella organisation for the property professions CEI for 18 years.

His journalistic activities, including as co-editor of the "Immobilien" yearbook, as author of various specialist books and for property industry journals and online media, ensure attention and in-depth specialist knowledge of all important trends and developments in the property industry.

Sven R. Johns is an active speaker at seminars, specialist conferences, at the IVD real estate association, of which he is an honorary member, and at specialist real estate academies. Sven R. Johns works closely with the ZEB Business School, where he also teaches.
