Mr Habath has over 19 years of extensive experience in property valuation. His expertise is based on a degree in property management from the European Real Estate Academy and further studies to become a property valuation expert, complemented by international certification in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024.

He developed in-depth market knowledge through his role in market research at IVD Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. and as branch manager at Sprengnetter Immobilienbewertung, where he prepared and valued appraisals for commercial and specialised properties. As a recognised expert with above-average specialist knowledge, he is able to handle even the most complex property types and circumstances with confidence and high quality.
