As part of our 53rd Real Estate Talk on 2 April 2024, we are delighted to welcome Andreas Habath to welcome Mr Habath as our expert. Mr Habath has over 19 years of extensive experience in property valuation. His expertise is based on a degree in property management from the European Real Estate Academy and further studies to become a property valuation expert, complemented by international certification to ISO/IEC 17024. Through his role in market research at IVD Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. and as branch manager at Sprengnetter Immobilienbewertung, where he prepared and valued appraisals for commercial and specialist properties, he developed in-depth market knowledge. As a recognised expert with above-average specialist knowledge, he is able to handle even the most complex property types and circumstances with confidence and high quality.
