On 13 June 2025 the time had come: Black Label Immobilien officially opened its new location in Potsdam. Numerous guests attended in the best summer weather and in a stylish atmosphere - including long-standing companions, colleagues from the real estate industry, notaries, property developers, loyal business partners and customers. Many new interested parties also took the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas.
The afternoon provided space for stimulating discussions, professional dialogue and new ideas. Among the guests was also Kerstin HuthChairwoman of the IVD Berlin-Brandenburgwho took time for personal discussions, emphasising the importance of strong networks in the industry. Also present: Notary Tobias Scheidackera long-standing partner in legal matters relating to property transactions. Also the Black Label Property Management GmbHrepresented by managing director Ioannis Tzakriswas present - an important signal for the close integration of sales and administration that we offer our customers from a single source.

The initiator of the new office is Matthias Pischkewho will manage the location with strong regional ties and many years of experience. With over 15 years of expertise in property financing, he has successfully accompanied numerous families and couples on their way to owning their own home. His particular strength lies in his holistic approach to property purchases - from sound advice and the selection of the right property to the structured preparation of all documents for a smooth closing.
He is supported by Anja Tänzlerthe team with her in-depth experience in the Property development and real estate business enriched. Thanks to her many years of experience in this field, she knows both the requirements of developers and the expectations of potential buyers - a clear advantage for anyone who values expert, practical and efficient advice.
