I have now concluded the sale of my second flat in Berlin with Black Label Properties and as with the first one Michaela and Achim have been instrumental to this transaction. They are both very reliable and highly trustworthy people. They get things done with the highest level of professionalism. It's been a pleasure and very reassuring to work with those two genuine real estate professionals especially as a non-German speaker living in London.
Mr Wagner is the friendliest, most courteous and honest estate agent I have ever met. Even after we decided not to buy, he helped us with his expertise - even though there was nothing "in it" for him - simply because he is a good person and a competent estate agent to boot. I can only recommend him!
We felt that we were very well looked after all round when we bought our flat. Our estate agent Nico Bähr was really always there for us - committed, helpful & available to answer any questions we had - almost around the clock (we wish him more life in the life-work-balance). We particularly liked his honest manner and the fact that he was really happy with us about our successful purchase - we had never heard that from anyone before. A real recommendation for anyone who wants to know that they are being competently and personally supported when buying a property! Thank you for the great support.
