We have been active in the real estate market for around 30 years. Black Label Immobilien is owner-managed and independent. Operating from Berlin and Potsdam, our team combines local market knowledge with an international network.

Black Label Immobilien was founded in Berlin and has grown alongside the Berlin property market over many years. From a traditional estate agency, it has evolved into an international team with offices in Berlin and Potsdam.
In doing so, we have consciously remained an owner-managed company. Decisions are not made in a corporate headquarters by us, but by the people who deal with our customers and the real estate market on a daily basis.

Black Label is independently owned and managed. We belong neither to a corporate group nor a franchise system. We make decisions ourselves – guided by the property and our clients' situation.
